Job Description

We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join our skilled nursing facility in Exton, PA. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care and promoting a positive professional image. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $60 per hour and includes a 10-week contract with night shifts from 11 pm to 7:30 am.

Qualifications

• One-plus years of experience as an RN Supervisor.
• Valid RN Supervisor certification.
• BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• State RN license or compact license.
• Healthcare training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations.
• Work independently with attention to detail in daily operations.
• Maintain high-quality nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
• Respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies and de-escalate patients.
