Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Psychiatric Services team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care across all age groups, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Adhere to professional standards and legal/ethical guidelines.
- Make care decisions based on individual patient needs and condition.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Prior nursing experience is a plus.
- Vermont State nursing license and BLS certification required.
- Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) as needed.
- Proficiency in acute-care nursing and basic computer skills.
Compensation
Competitive pay grade ranging from $32.57 to $55.09 per hour.
