Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Southwest Pena Urgent Care Clinic in Denver Health. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide comprehensive patient care and education in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatments for patients.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with patients and the healthcare team to establish goals and strategies for care.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to enhance patient care and services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
