As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide specialized care to patients requiring extended hospital stays. Key Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and take necessary actions.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Respond to emergencies following nursing standards.
- Advocate for patients' needs and provide education and support.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required.
- Valid work history and professional references.
