Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret diagnostic data and respond to critical situations
- Promote quality improvement and patient education
- Advocate for patients and provide support to families
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution
- Current CPR/BLS certification and physical examinations
- Verifiable work history and professional references
