Resident Care Associate

Job Description

The Bungalows At Mayfield is looking for dedicated Resident Care Associates to join their team. This role involves providing high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, ensuring their safety and wellness. As a Resident Care Associate, you will work closely with residents and their families, following personalized service plans to deliver compassionate care.

Shift Details

Mon-Fri; Every other weekend required 6:00am - 6:00pm 6:00pm-6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and updates of Personalized Service Plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities and hygiene needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.

Requirements

• High school education preferred.
• Prior experience with seniors or disabled individuals desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years old for personal care tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Education and Certification

• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care beneficial.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
