Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical Services team at ThedaCare. As part of our innovative and patient-centered approach to healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering specialized nursing care in a collaborative model. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to surgical patients throughout their hospital stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care across the continuum
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure compassionate and safe care
• Promote innovation and professional development in nursing practice

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• BSN or ADN with agreement for BSN within 5 years
• American Heart Association BLS Certification

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens
• Manual dexterity for patient care procedures
