Job Description

Join our team at Master Roofers as a Roofing Advisor. We are a premier roofing company serving Central & Southern New Hampshire and the North Shore of Massachusetts for over 80 years. As a Roofing Advisor, you will utilize your roofing expertise, sales experience, and interpersonal skills to assist homeowners in making informed decisions about their roofing needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person sales solutions following company procedures.
• Document all sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain a current calendar and be punctual to appointments.
• Stay informed about sales information, products, and industry trends.
• Build relationships with customers and assist in training other sales representatives.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in roofing (insurance and retail).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel requirements.
• Ability to present sales pitches professionally and meet short sales cycles.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Customer service-oriented, a team player, and goal-oriented.
• Proficient with technology including tablets and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation experience preferred.
