Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and design team in recording, closing sales, and building customer loyalty.
- Support day-to-day showroom operations to maintain a professional and inviting environment.
- Help increase sales by identifying new opportunities, assisting the sales team, and closing business deals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Resourcefulness in meeting customer needs and solving problems.
- Strong typing skills (50 wpm), energy, and a determined attitude.
- Experience in retail sales with knowledge of retail practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer systems and math skills.
