We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to join our esteemed resident services team at Vi Living. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the premises, responding promptly to emergencies, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for residents and staff.
• Respond swiftly and efficiently to medical or mechanical emergencies.
• Assess security needs and take appropriate actions, especially during critical situations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exercise discretion and handle confidential information with care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• AED certification preferred.
• Ability to make quick decisions and maintain composure under pressure.

Pay Range

USD $19.89 - USD $23.37 / Hour
