Job Summary

The Site Superintendent will oversee all on-site renovation operations, working closely with the Project Manager from planning to project closeout. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maximize operational efficiency.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Maintain and develop job schedules.
  • Supervise on-site aspects of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and project team.
  • Document and report daily activities and issues.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness on the job site.
  • Resolve problems and conflicts effectively.

Position Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED, College degree a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Construction Management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Social Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in project supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel nationwide.
