As a Senior/Project Manager, you will lead internal and client projects focused on discovery, development, and manufacturing of advanced therapies, driving new capabilities and innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and oversee multiple projects related to technology assessment, capability development, and therapeutic discovery.
- Manage project scope, quality, time, and cost constraints effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate team meetings and support communication with clients.
- Track project progress and provide reports to leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant scientific field (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.).
- 8+ years of relevant experience for B.S. holders, 6+ years for M.S., and 3+ years for Ph.D. holders.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Experience in advanced therapy space and cross-functional project leadership.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of cancer immunotherapies or advanced therapies.
- Experience in cell therapy research and rapid growth environments.
- Proficiency in resource management tools and business acumen.
