Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) to join Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. As a part of the Cerebrovascular and Neurosciences Program, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all elements of the program under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Your role will involve planning, organizing, educating, and evaluating patient care within the program, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and national guidelines for stroke management. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality, evidence-based care through education, training, and accreditation processes. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient and family advocacy, and participating in hospital and medical committees.

Qualifications
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
- BSN required
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association
- Current NIH Stroke Certification
- CNRN Certification
- ASLS Instructor Certification
- Minimum of five years experience in emergency/critical care/neuro nursing
- Program development and management skills
