We are seeking a Survey Instrument Repair Technician & Operations Assistant to join our team in Nashville. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating optical and GNSS equipment while also assisting with operations and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, testing, repair, and calibration of survey equipment.
• Create and process service work orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and assist with inventory management.
• Test and configure products for customers.
• Assist in maintaining survey equipment rentals.
• Communicate effectively with customers and resolve inquiries.

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge of electronics and survey equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 operating system.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
