Job Description

Join our Texas Roadhouse family and become a legendary Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front of House operations, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests, and managing the Front of House team on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through evaluations and coaching.
  • Supervise liquor orders, cost control, and adherence to liquor laws.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through feedback and training.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and oversee Front of House employee hiring.
  • Assign tasks, set schedules, and create a positive work environment by following core values and operational goals.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
