Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the International State Bank of Raton team. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting financial transactions, and promoting financial solutions to meet customer needs. Your role will involve opening accounts, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth banking experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account management and financial transactions.
• Recommend and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Meet sales and referral targets to support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, or loan processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00, based on experience.
