Job Description
Open Sky Community Services is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the financial strategy and decision-making process. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance, guide business planning, and support strategic initiatives within the agency. Reporting to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, you will oversee a high-performing financial planning and analytics team, manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and provide strategic decision support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Identify key performance indicators and establish metrics to drive financial success.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of financial planning and analysis experience required.
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in team management.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills required.
- Extensive experience in financial services, data visualization, and financial analytics required.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools required.
