Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Your contributions will help us achieve operational efficiency and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and in a timely manner.
- Relocate merchandise as needed following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance communication and processes.
- Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and provide feedback to warehouse management.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaboratively, and efficiently.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
