Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving and relocating merchandise to maintaining cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical agility to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
