Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of products.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
