Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
- Relocate merchandise per product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
