Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations by efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting the overall workflow.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
- Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
