1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
