Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a company committed to providing quality products. You will be responsible for handling and organizing merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders, maintain warehouse appearance standards, and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in alignment with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
