1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description
Our 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient selection, organization, and delivery of merchandise to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, they receive thorough training and participate in a comprehensive safety program to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
- Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and properly.
