Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
