1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and interacting collaboratively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.

• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
