Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment as required.
