1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker position at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitudes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
