1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Full-Time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely fulfillment of store orders and maintaining high standards of product handling and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and escalate any concerns to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
