Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in various temperature environments.
