Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our customers to enjoy. As a team member, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to succeed in your role.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and environments.
