Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with your peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock with precision.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and product integrity concerns.

• Follow instructions and company policies accurately.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and prepare deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Work in diverse temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
