2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
