Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks to ensure the efficient handling of merchandise and orders for our stores.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and report any product issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks while following company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and handle products, operate equipment, and work in varying conditions.
