Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely order fulfillment for store shipments.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain a productive warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic arithmetic skills and adherence to company policies.
