2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
