Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading retail company. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and conducting inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, maintain warehouse appearance standards, and contribute to process improvements.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in various temperatures and environments.
