2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, organized, and efficient.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
