2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join their team. This full-time role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize, execute with efficiency, and follow company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
