2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk in varying temperatures.
