Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in selecting, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in different environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
