2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
