Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Account Executive for Construction Sales and Staffing to join RAMS Skilled Trades in Orlando. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, recruiting skilled tradesmen, ensuring safety compliance, and prioritizing exceptional customer service.
Compensation Highlights
- Weekly base salary (DOE).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through prospecting and lead development.
- Expand existing client portfolio through relationship building.
- Recruit skilled tradesmen utilizing innovative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough interviews following established processes.
- Select the most suitable candidates for job placements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols on job sites.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and pipeline development.
- Background in the staffing industry is advantageous.
