Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst to join GreenState Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to provide strategic insights and support business goals. This role involves developing robust reporting, analyzing key performance indicators, and enhancing risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to core values and service standards.
• Oversee problem loans and support diversity in the workplace.
• Analyze portfolio credit risk and collections performance.
• Lead data management and business intelligence functions.
• Develop insightful reports on key performance indicators.
• Monitor staff performance and track delinquency trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in collections with deep regulatory knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and VBA.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with data modeling experience.
• Excellent project management and presentation abilities.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Senior Vice President/Account Resolutions.
