This full-time position as an Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products. In addition to responsible application practices, the role includes maintaining custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure high-quality service delivery. Candidates who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and possess a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and label directions.
• Ensure safe job performance in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and records to uphold operational efficiency and regulatory standards.
• Perform mechanic work on designated vehicles to ensure functionality.
• Complete applicator logs and reports promptly and accurately.
• Manage product inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Advertise and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally.
• Assist in training seasonal employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
