Job Description
We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our team at Denton House Design Studio, LLC. As part of our award-winning group, you will work on high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects. You will be responsible for producing quality architectural designs, coordinating internal team efforts, generating contract documents, and overseeing construction administration. Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers.
- Generate contract drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams.
- Lead construction administration efforts.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely design and technical development.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master's preferred).
- Experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of codes and consultant's coordination.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
