Job Description
Are you a talented Architectural Designer looking to join an award-winning team of professionals in creating high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects? Areté Collective/Denton House Design Studio is seeking a creative individual to lead architectural design efforts, produce quality contract documents, and ensure project success from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers to produce visioning and conceptual designs.
- Oversee the generation of contract drawings and specifications, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
- Lead construction administration efforts, including shop drawing reviews and responding to contractor RFI's.
- Assist in establishing design fees, determining project schedules, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of design and technical development.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's degree preferred.
- Registered architect desired.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) required.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of codes, consultant coordination, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead project teams effectively.
