Assistant Estimator

Job Description

Quality Enterprises USA is seeking an Assistant Estimator to join our team in Naples, FL. As the Assistant Estimator, you will work closely with the estimator to analyze project information and prepare budgets, bids, and proposals. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project documents to understand the scope of projects.
• Attend meetings and site visits to gather necessary information.
• Estimate costs for labor, materials, and products.
• Prepare written proposals and updates for clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Review change orders and identify cost impacts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 2 years of estimating experience or a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Knowledge of construction practices and estimating software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
