GreenState Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional member service, process transactions, and promote our products and services. Responsibilities

• Adhere to Credit Union Service Standards, prioritize member service, and maintain a positive member-focused attitude.
• Perform various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance.
• Build and maintain member relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products or services.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all member interactions and transactions.
• Participate in community service activities and Credit Union events.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent with cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications and basic office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Working Hours and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $17.39 - $23.40 with incentives and benefits. Work hours are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
